Workers’ Compensation

For an injury related to your job or work activities, please call CCMSN’s Workers’ Compensation (WC) team immediately at 800.695.7810.

• Do NOT go to the ER - That is only for emergencies (severe bleeding, broken bones, loss of consciousness, etc.).
• Our WC team will find a nearby clinic where you can receive treatment for your injuries and get follow up care in the future (if required)
• Do NOT give the clinic your personal health information - they will get our WC insurance billing information from our WC team
• Stay in touch with the WC team about your clinic visit and medical treatment so we can process all your WC Benefits promptly

Compensation and Payroll

CCMSN provides a website to view your pay statements electronically if receiving paychecks via direct deposit or ComData pay card.

To view your pay statements, go to www.doculivery.com/msn-is

• The user ID is your social security number without dashes
• If this is your first time logging in the initial password is the first 4 letters of your last name along with the last 4 digits of your social security number
• The system will then ask you to change your password to something you prefer

When you log in the first time, the system will ask you for your email address.  Each time a pay statement is posted, the system will send you an email telling you a statement is ready to view. Pay Statements are saved on the website up to four years. If you forget your password, you can click ‘reset password’, and the system will send a temporary password to your email box.
