Marisa Zaharoff, MSN, RN, President of Nurse and Allied Operations
In her role as President of Cross Country Medical Staffing Network, Marisa is responsible for the strategic direction, business and operational performance of the business. As a Registered Nurse, Marisa has unique insight into the healthcare and nursing industries, alongside her more than 20 years of quality improvement, sales, operational and branch management experience. Under her leadership, Cross Country Medical Staffing Network is currently listed as Staffing Industry Analysts’ largest per diem nursing firms in the U.S. Prior to joining Cross Country Medical Staffing Network, Marisa held positions at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago as a travel nurse. She received her B.S.N. from University of Pittsburgh and her M.S.N. from University of Illinois.
Dave Stillmunkes, BSN, RN, Vice President - Local Market Operations
Dave Stillmunkes is responsible for all local office locations throughout the United States. He oversees all aspects of local market operations including sales, recruitment, internal development and strategic planning. In Dave’s prior roles with CCMSN, he has held management positions within the travel nurse, travel allied, pharmacy and advanced practice divisions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Illinois State University and holds an active license in the state of Illinois.
Jeannine Kelley, Regional Director - Local Market Operations
Jeannine Kelley is responsible for local office locations in Minnesota, California, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, Utah and Idaho. She oversees sales, recruitment, strategic planning and personnel in those local markets. Jeannine originally started her career with Cross Country as a Branch Manager in Minnesota in 2004. Since then she has held leadership roles in the local markets and in the MSP Division. She started her career in healthcare as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Fitness Instructor before moving into management and sales roles.
Josh Telin, Regional Director - Local Market Operations
Josh Telin is responsible for local office locations throughout the East Coast and Midwestern United States. Within his territory and under the direction of Dave Stillmunkes, Josh oversees staff development, recruitment and sales operations. He places a high level of focus on sales and helps to develop go-to-market strategies. Prior to working as a Regional Director, Josh worked as a Market Manager for CCMSN in Pittsburgh, PA, and has been a multi-year Presidents Club award winner. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Slippery Rock University.
Monica Liebal, MHRM, BSN, RN, Regional Director - Local Market Operations
Monica Liebal is responsible for the branches throughout western Pennsylvania and Ohio. She provides oversight and direction to the branches in collaboration with the Market Managers to promote growth in each market, excellence in customer service and execution of day-to-day operations to “reach our goal of being the number one staffing partner to each of our clients.” Monica held progressive managerial positions in the acute care hospital setting prior to stepping into the staffing industry in 2010. She obtained her Master of Human Resource Management degree from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Penn State University and holds an active license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Tracey Altamuro, Regional Director - Local Market Operations
Tracey is responsible for business operations throughout multiple local office locations in the Eastern Region of the United States. Tracey came into her role at CCMSN in 2017 with more than 10 years of management experience in the healthcare staffing industry, supporting full cycle recruitment, staffing, internal performance monitoring, sales and business development.
