OPEN TO ALL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS BOOKING AND WORKING SHIFTS THROUGH THE CROSS COUNTRY MARKETPLACE APPLICATION AND WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID IN ALL OTHER JURISDICTIONS AND TERRITORIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PUERTO RICO, AND WHERE PROHIBITED

CROSS COUNTRY MEDICAL STAFFING NETWORK

1. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to all Healthcare Professionals utilizing the Cross Country Marketplace Application (the “Application”) for booking and working shifts who are 18 years of age or older and who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“DC”). Void in all other jurisdictions and territories, including without limitation Puerto Rico, and where prohibited. Corporate employees, their immediate families, and household members (whether related or not), of Sponsors, and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, judging, and Promotion agencies, and respective employees of each (collectively “Sponsor Parties”) are not eligible. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any winner. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsors decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winners must agree to have their name published as a winner on Sponsors’ social media/websites. Void where prohibited. This Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 25, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 19, 2022 (“Promotion Period”).


2. HOW TO ENTER. Healthcare Professionals must both (1) book through the Application and (2) complete those shifts booked through the Application during the Promotion Period to be entered into the Promotion. Shifts booked but cancelled shall not be counted as an entry into the Promotion. The shift must be booked and worked through the Application during the Promotion Period to be considered an entry. Entries are unlimited.


3. PROMOTION: On December 9, 2022, the Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received upon completion of the Promotion Period. All decisions are final and binding in matters relating to the Promotion. The Winner will be notified by email or mail within one week of the drawing date. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Failure to respond to the initial verification contact within five (5) days of notification will result in disqualification


4. PRIZES/TAXES: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the Winner will receive a prize of a domestic airline travel voucher in the amount of $1000. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. If the advertised prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. All federal, state and local income taxes on the prizes and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.


5. CONDITIONS AND RELEASE; PRIVACY POLICY: By participating in this Promotion, all participants and winner(s) agree to these Official Rules and grant the Sponsors exclusive permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use universe-wide in any media now known or later developed at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information, as well as any images or video submitted, for any purpose, including without limitation, for advertising and Promotion purposes without additional consideration, except where prohibited by law and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Sponsors, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense which may occur from the conduct of, preparation for, travel to, or participation in, the Promotion, or from the use or misuse of any prize or participation of any related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsors is not responsible if Promotion cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded/delivered due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, pandemics, acts of war, natural disasters, or weather. Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram or any other form of social media (“Social Media”) where this Promotion may be promoted and each Participant fully releases Social Media from any action or claim associated with this Promotion. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsors in its sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsors reserve the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of this Promotion. Sponsors will verify that the eligible winners’ social media accounts. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws. Sponsors reserve right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any winner.


7. MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsors assume no responsibility in connection with the use of the prize providing in connection with this Promotion. Further, Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, so ware, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury to entrant's computer related to participation in the Promotion. Sponsors may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by using unfair or fraudulent means. The Sponsors will resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules. All decisions will be made by the Sponsors and are final. The Sponsors may waive any of these rules in their sole discretion.


8. WINNER: Winner will be identified and posted on Sponsor’s social media pages. You may also send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Work a Shift, Win a Trip! Promotion for Cross Country Medical Staffing Network, 6551 Park of Commerce Blvd., Boca Raton FL 33487. Requests received after January 2, 2023 will not be honored.


9. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought in accordance with Florida Law, only in the courts of the State of Florida, located in Palm Beach County, Florida, or the United States District Courts of Florida, located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
